We offer worldwide shipping with duties and taxes included.
There are no hidden fees at checkout — the price you pay is final.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for the package.

All deliveries require a signature upon arrival, so please ensure your shipping details are correct.

If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.


PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.
We do not offer rush shipping, as each order is carefully packed and quality-checked.


INCORRECT ADDRESS / RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • We will arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees apply)
  • If unresolved, the order will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee
