On this early 2000s Oblique Trotter hobo in ivory, it's the heart charm dangling from the handle. Everything else is classic Galliano-era Dior: the Trotter canvas in cream and ivory, braided leather handles, a soft unstructured silhouette that drapes rather than stands.
