The Dior 61 Tote from Fall 2008 committed fully to colour and never apologised for it. This one is oxblood, deep burgundy patent leather with purple undertones, croc embossed scales that catch and shift in the light from wine red to near black depending on the angle. Gusseted sides that expand when you actually need the space. The oversized silver D charm hanging from the front. Silver top handles with ring hardware. It is a large, dramatic, completely considered bag. The kind of piece that does the work of an outfit on its own.
Condition
Good Vintage — gently loved, with character consistent with age.
What to know: very minimal superficial cracking to the patent leather at the top handle attachment — visible on close inspection and shown in photos. Some staining to the interior lining. Exterior croc embossed leather and hardware otherwise in excellent condition throughout. Priced honestly to reflect condition.
